Courses

This year will see the beginning of a range of short courses at the farm. These vary from Butchery and Charcuterie courses as part of our work as UK admins with the international ‘Salt cured Pig’ group, Permaculture research, design and hands on practical courses based around the forest garden implementation and the use of a ‘mandala’ based growing system. There will also be ‘new entrants’ courses based on planning law and policy, business planning and cooperative marketing opportunities, drawing on our consultancy experience, for people wanting to get into small farming and local food as a livelihood.
